If it had been in question and they thought it was out of bounds then they would have fined him and the team, but the fraction would have been way less, it just means that when they get the cars ready they need to go by the guidelines better next time and not be in a rush, that can happen sometimes, and does not mean that you will get away with it everytime. These are common mistakes and anyone can make them.
