Question by Cheerq_t: Spring Break Hotels?? Plaza Ocean Club Daytona Beach, Florida?
I was wondering if anyone has been to Daytona Beach, Florida and stayed in the Plaza Ocean Club. We have a riverview room (whatever that means) and their will be 5 girls. What was yours stay there like. Also what is Daytona Beach like on Spring Break? We will be arriving the 22 and leaving the 27.

A riverview room means you are facing away from the ocean, you are looking back towards the main part of Daytona Beach and overlooking the river that runs between the peninsula and the mainland. The Daytona Beach area has much to do on the beach and away from it.

Ponce Inlet lighthouse and museum, Angell and Phelps free chocolate factory tour with free samples and the end, Daytona Speedway track tour and IMAX, greyhound racing track, Aunt Catfish’s on the river for great catfish, Ritter’s frozen custard, Cowlicks ice cream, Trader’s restaurant for great hot wings (it is attached to the Aku Tiki Inn), Ocean Walk, Bubba Gumps, etc.

Go to tripadvisor.com for free info on the Daytona Beach area and others. Just type in Daytona Beach once you get to the site and you can even type in your hotel and read the reviews and check out things to do and restaurants. Have fun!
