The view across the Halifax River, our Timeshare is the very short building on the left side of the tallest one. Our view was great until they built that monster.

Question by Don S: Driving from Orlando to Daytona for Coke Zero 400…whats the best route?
My wife and I happen to be in Orlando over the 4th of July weekend. I mentioned going to the race and she said let’s go. I’ve looked for information on alternate routes for driving from Orlando to Daytona but its tough to find recent info. I expect traffic to be painful but any advice to lessen the pain would be greatly appreciated. I did see someone mention taking the Bee Line Expy to I-95 but they didn’t give any feedback about traffic or travel times.

The easiest route is straight up the I-4 E towards the Florida Turnpike,Daytona is clearly signed all the way up there-if I found it easily then you will (I’m notorious for getting lost lol!!).It’s about 60miles away which will take a little over an hour depending on traffic.Make sure you have plenty of spare change in case of tolls.

All roads entering Daytona on race day will be packed…and seriously backed up, even I-4, and the I-95 exits. Just leave really, really early and shoot out on I-4 straight to Daytona. The Speedway is well marked.
